Concerned about a child?

Here’s who to call.

Don’t wait to pick up the phone. Call and share your suspicions—or a child’s disclosure of abuse—immediately. A child’s life depends on it.

When you make a report, you are not required to provide proof of abuse.

Anyone who makes a good faith report based on reasonable grounds is immune from prosecution.

Need guidance?

Contact KIDS Center at 541.383.5958 during normal business hours and ask to speak to our Therapist of the Day. Get guidance on whether your concerns merit filing a report with authorities.

Did abuse just occur?

If sexual abuse occurred within the past 72 hours, take the child to the nearest Emergency Department. Sexual abuse victims can receive a medical evaluation by a specially-trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend or Redmond.
